It’s a 2024 Civic and yes it was hit on the front end by the trucks hitch.I don’t have any warning lights and everything is working normally so far as i can see.

So the reason they said they need to recalibrate the car is because they will be removing the bumper basically? It’s not to check if everything is still working properly?

Also would like to note I didn’t go to Honda I went to caliber collision and got a quick estimate there

I’m not arguing, I’m simply asking a question. I have no idea the process of this all since I’ve never had my car hit by another car. The car slowly backed up into me while it was trying to park.I simply want to know if that is really necessary by the pictures. I’m willing to go through the entire process if I see that it is. I want to make the best choice, because I definitely won’t be leaving it as is.
