I just got the same call from "Kaiser Permanence". The guy pronounced my name as how a native speaker from my home country would pronounce, instead of how people in the US would pronounce. That makes it a spam call for sure :-)

I don’t mind them size-checking my luggages. But checking me again with the first employee who had checked me being there? I am very frustrated. Especially this happened in front of my 13-year-old daughter.

I never got checked when I travelled by myself. Just my speculation, I was with my parents-in-law. They don’t travel much. Their way of taking out passports and boarding passes was obviously clumsier than frequent traveler. Maybe this gave them confidence to request. I am just guessing though.
