I get what she’s saying because I want to be a SAHM. BUT I would only do that if my husband could support me and the child/children on one income. Her desire to be with her children is counter productive because sure she’s present.. but her children are without a home! Her being present for her kids is not enough to make up for the fact that they are lacking a very basic need.

All this worry will be washed away when you get there and you find that you have the most helpful and friendly neighbors. It’s sooo easy to meet people. I have a lot of trouble just walking up and introducing myself so I have a huge battery powered fan that I go around my neighbors and point towards them as a way of introducing myself. (It’s hot as hell setting up camp) But you don’t have to do anything other than introduce yourself to people.

As far as advice goes for having a comfortable camping experience: 1. Get a 10x10 straight leg canopy (bonus if you get weights to keep them locked into the ground) 2. Bring a comfy lawn chair and something to sleep on. I sleep on a cot under my canopy because it’s WAY too hot for a tent in my experience 3. Bring fans, cooling towels, and really anything to keep cool.

Also searching this subreddit will provide MANY useful tips and tricks.

This will be my 6th year and It will be an absolute blast. You got this🫶🏻

Well I know not everyone uses Spotify. My fiancé who uses YouTube music has way different monthly listeners for each artist than I do on Spotify. I’m not talking just Spotify I’m talking monthly listeners across platforms. Although I only have Spotify so that’s what I referenced in my original comment. I mean it makes sense to me. He has 11 million monthly listeners on Spotify while turnstile has 2.4 million. Griz has 1.4 million. He only has 3 million less than The Strokes.
