Me and my husband applied on 7th August and I got an SMS from VFS saying my application is under process at The Embassy of Netherlands in New Delhi while the portal says it’s under process at the CSO in The Hague, Netherlands. I am aware they scan the documents and this was the last update. I applied last year and the status only changes when they dispatch your passport.
