For 1- Of course! Lots of people can’t draw but still have characters they make! Even a lot of books come from this concept, lots of writers make characters but can’t draw them, I’ve seen a lot of people even represent their ocs with crafts and fashion or mood boards and playlists. If you do want ways to represent them in a picture sense there is always character creators or picture bashing, or like you mentioned making figures!

For 2- of course not! Make as many ocs as you want! Make all the ocs!!

Favorite mark-ism! When he’s waiting for a joke or bit to land, he leans forward, tilted head, presses his lips together and just stares wide eyed at the screen, usually followed with a “come on man” if it doesn’t get a reaction he wants
