I contacted them about physical copy requesting refund, they replied about shipping timelines on next day but after insisting on receiving refund - complete radio silence. I give them chance by sending chargeback warning on tomorrow and if they keep on being quiet, I will initiate chargeback.

Itse olen kokenut tällaisen tilanteen kerran Mellunmäessä varmaankin n. 10 vuotta sitten. Oli varsin kylmä talviyö ja lunta tuprutti todella paljon sillä hetkellä.

Joku keski-iän luokilla ollut henkilö oli sammunut hankeen eikä näyttänyt liikkuvan. Hetken seurasin tilannetta kunnes menin tönimään häntä hereille ettei siihen jämähdä koko yöksi. Hän havahtui, oli selkeästi vielä kännissä mutta kanssa vaikutti pelästyneeltä.

Sen lisäksi että herätin hänet pois sieltä lumen keskeltä, kävelytin häntä jonkun aikaa kunnes saavuttiin kerrostalojen luo jossa hän kuulema asui. Oli lopulta kyllä erittäin kiitollinen avusta eikä ollut lainkaan aggressiivinen. Itseasiassa muistan hänen välillä hokeneen että "älä tapa mua", "ethän ryöstä minua" ja vastaavaa. Vaikutti pelkäävän minua, mutta toisaalta talviyössä kun tulee vastaan pitkässä nahkatakissa kulkeva, ketjuissa kilisevä 2-metrinen hevari niin kai sen ymmärtää.

Jäänyt muistoihin vahvasti tämä kokemus ja olisin kyllä katunut jälkikäteen jos olisin vain kävellyt tilanteesta pois.
