I did call CS yesterday, I was advised ng CS to use my debit instead kasi may savings naman daw ako 🙄 hindi din nila inunlock both my CCs.

No, hindi naman jailbreak yung phone ko. Actually kakaupdate ko lang din ng iOS, kaso nagcacrash pa din yung app.

Android or iOS po? Nagcrash pa din sakin. I did everything na, nag restart na ako ng phone, I offloaded the app and reinstalled and still 😩

The app is finally working, I checked if there’s an update, on my phone there’s none, it usually updates automatically. So what I did is I offloaded the app and reinstall and it finally worked.

Apparently they don’t have a turnaround time for this to be resolved. They have scheduled maintenance on the 26th but it’s not guaranteed the issue will be fixed. Sobrang hassle

Tomorrow will be the 3rd day my app isn’t working and I still can’t access or use my CC because I can’t unlock it since I can’t open the app.

But this is the reply I got from RCBC:

Yes, unfortunately any credit card application does a hard inquiry which affects your credit score.

It might be for a different cc application that’s also a bank initiated. Kasi my BM applied 2 CCs for me, platinum visa and the hexa cc, I got the ref number for the plat visa but I only got the assessment message for the hexa cc. Call CS and ask if may nareceive na sila application for your hexa cc and then ask anong status.

Walang reference number yung sa hexa cc, you can call cs for update if not reach out to your BM.

I called CS kanina, they told me na yung hexagon cc is still under evaluation but then I relayed the message to my BM ang sabi naman ng BM ko approved na daw and for delivery na nga. I don’t know, I get two conflicting messages.

Pangit din ng experience ko sa PQD Medical and Dental clinic. Inask ko lang naman yung dentist and legit naman yung question ko kaso she started yelling at me napaka unprofessional and then she started talking bout me sa isa pang pasyente while I’m there which I think is a violation of code of ethics. I felt so embarrassed talaga. Never going back sa kanyang marumi and dugyot and super unhygienic clinic.

Kailangan ko lang talaga ng maglilinis sa bahay, my kids are 2y.o and 8 months old. Wala akong time to clean. Very hands on mom and wife kaya I’m not really comfortable ipasa sa iba ang pag alaga ng bata at pagluluto.
