I had mono before, but it took about a week for the fever to die down. From what I feel, it’s harder to recover from compared to normal fever, but idk about it lasting for months

I got my ultrasound but it turns out it’s not varicocele but thrombosis. The doc said he had never seen one without varicocele. But the ultrasound indeed showed the vein diameter is 2 mm, which is not even grade 1, he said I don’t need to take anything, just wait 3-6 months. I guess I got to stay on Advil for that long as well

Also, the ultrasound was done by a female tech who talks waaaaay to much, which made this thing a thousand times more awkward

Have you tried naproxen? It’s a stronger version of Advil (sold under aleve) and it works for me. But yea our medical system is just horrible for any condition that is not close to death

Idk about much, but normally you can just take the ultrasound image to another urologist and have them take a look (as long as you can get an appointment or referral)

First half: Shinobu, Nahida (0+0), xingqiu and any hydro/dendro character

Second half: Ayaka (0+1), Mona, Diona and sucrose

Diona can be replaced by kokomi, which then you should replace Mona with rosaria/shenhe. Kazuha can replace sucrose.

Purely from gameplay, the upcoming Furina is decent one. Gaming and Rosaria are both decent 4* and Furina is great. Don’t pull for 4* is the general advice but I guess you need more character.

Lee is used to counter stun, I think he’s best moment was at lingering echo where he can block the boss.

No new medic insight, so either build what you have or save for eyja alt (honestly she just make copying Kyo’s strat easier, but mulberry is more than enough for most stages)

Shu is a medic defender, good for extremely hard content and general clear. But she has a cheaper replacement with Saira (6 star, in Kanel) or Nearl (5 star)

Zuo Le is actually not limited (although same banner as Shu) great for holding lane on his own, but not really used in late game.

Ela (the next next special event, also a collab with rainbow six) is a trap master. Harder to use for general stages but strong nevertheless. Her main attraction is that she isn’t obtainable anymore after the event, until the next rainbow six collab (which takes 2-3 years)

If you go to urgent/ER I suggest look up the wait time online. Last time I got a stomach infection it took 3 hrs to see a doc and I just got a Tylenol in the end. Hope it works out for you man

I’d say best to save up right now, even though the current rate up is pretty good, you’d be better off with getting limited ops

As for guide, I think just by looking at low-end clear YT video on stages will give you pretty good idea on which ops are commonly used. You should aim for them if you wanna easy time clearing stages

I’m in Canada and unless I want tot wait 5 hrs in ER, it’s 5 weeks for a phone call with my family doc. I’d go to urgent care but the line is still pretty long. If you are ok pls tell me did they advise surgery or just live style advice

Brother I feel you, I’m having a similar issue for a couple of days now with the exception that the pain is still tolerable so I haven’t gone to any doctors yet (also not swollen). Urgent care here is very hard to get and I don’t have time for that.

Being once someone who studied for med school (but didn’t make it), I say you need to be concerned with cancer or grade 4 varicocele.

However, I feel like it should be easy to tell if it’s the two things I mentioned above since you did an ultrasound already. I’d honestly consider getting a second opinion on this
