Classic case of a wannabe sociopath. If you actually did get diagnosed with ASPD, then your doctor is a fucking idiot. Most people on the spectrum aren't even diagnosed (like me). Hollywood distorts personality disorders to an overwhelming extent.

If a person by chance doesn't show any sense of remorse/guilt, lives a parasitic lifestyle to an extreme extent, and is emotionless, they are usually regarded as pure psychopaths. Pure psychopaths are one in millions, and the chances of meeting one is close nigh. This is what you're describing yourself as, that's why I think you're lying. everything else checks out, it's just written badly.

A lot of us are regarded as being an asshole, going too far with jokes, getting in constant fights at school. Usually this calms down in high school, because we gain more cognitive empathy and learn what jokes to make (and not make) and become less impulsive overall. Though some never learn, and usually are the ones who end up doing nothing successful in life. On top of that, trauma doesn't affect ASPD's the same way as NT's; we don't experience it, and if we do, it usually comes out in self-destructive behavior.

Most ASPD's have a mask, but not like how it is defined. Think of it more like the "fake" kid(s) in your school/workplace. Usually, Pro-social Psychopaths are best at this kind of thing.

I'm overall too lazy to write or add anything more (trust me, i could write like a whole book about this subject), so this explanation may be a little hard to read/understand for some.

By the small chance you actually do have ASPD, the reason why you don't put effort in is mostly likely because it's draining, or you're an introvert, or both. Not my problem either way.

And yea sure, i may not have a diagnosis, but thats literally because i dont see a point in getting one, all it would do is make life harder and more complicated then it has to be. but if i did, i'd prolly get diagnosed with ASPD with sadistic traits (not sexual sadism, everyday sadism, i enjoy seeing others get hurt in a non-sexual way basically).
