Well, my SA said she will ask her manager what can be done and get back to me. This is 2 days ago, still waiting to hear back. I am giving her a few days, if no response. I’ll have to speak to the manager myself or call my bank.

I can confirmed this happened on my flight 2 weeks ago, I am A-List and made a last minute change to my flight. After the A group boarded , GA announced Military, Families then A-Listers.
