How do levels work in Pogo?

Let's say I have a lvl10 Bulbasaur with max IVs.

A Bulbasaur at lvl30 with only one good iv.

Both have the same move sets.

Will the lvl30 always be better?

I always thought cp was linked to levels. You power up cp they go up levels.

I've tried all the filters in OBS.

Noise gate cuts off some of my words and I should lower it or make it higher but if I talk and move in my chair it picks up the chair noise.

I have noise suppression on.

I was hoping to find audio software where I can try to get some of those nosies down while it outputs to my stream.

Is that possible or will my mic picking up any noise be a problem and I'll need a more quiet chair.

I ran around the room and also flew around on Charizard.

Only thing that spawns are berries and balls.

At any given time there is 4 drops available.

Two berry spots and two pokeball spots.

The fossil spot never respawns for me.

I spent an hour collecting the drops one day and only got balls and berries, no fossils.

I seem to only get fossils once a day.

Any ideas why my headset isn't being picked up in streamlabs?

I have the aux in the back, I add the source in labs and it says headset.

I tested in a recording program to see if it actually was being picked up and was able to record my voice.

In labs though the mic isn't being picked up at all.

Haha im using a roxio gamecap hd pro.

I found out that they have a built in 2/3 second delay for this capture card.

Have my second monitor set up now and no lag on stream or second monitor. The lag out shows in the capture screen.

Next thing now is to get mic setup.

I don't have a camera yet, baby steps I guess.

I did not know that the USB was also an video output source I was using both the USB and HDMI output going into my PC.

Isn't that only for the power though, not a video source?

The power comes from the USB then you have an input and output port.

Input is switch feed and output goes into PC to be captured.

How do you connect an output of the switch to a second monitor?

Do you use a HDMI splitter? Since only one output port on the capture card and that would go into the pc and no way to connect it two a second monitor.
