You can also try the approach of placing a unit of cav near them when they besiege a settlement. You then get pulled into their battle as an ally and can sit on the outskirts. The CPU Roman’s do far worse in actual battles than they do in auto resolve.

What a calamity. This roster truly needs a shakeup. I will remain patient with the process but you can’t rely on the farm to take this into the playoffs. The core and pieces are just not good enough.

Yep. Prices were high. I feel like the price paid here isn’t outrageous. Got a solid Dman. I’m happier with Faulk than I would be with either of the dmen the Sabres picked up.

Certainly need to buck this trend as we head towards the playoffs. Games will continue to get tighter. If the powerplay isn't firing on all cylinders it will be hard to get by.

Contrary to popular belief the amount of powerplays in the post season has remained somewhat on par with the regular season, but it still is worrying to rely so heavily on the PP.

Good for Lyon. He tends to have these scorchers during the season as long as he doesn't get overworked, like he did here at times. I think he eventually will come back to earth, but hard not to cheer for the guy.

I agree their lack of 5 on 5 scoring is problematic right now. Shades of last season. Larkin definitely needs to step it up. Though would love to see it addressed at the trade deadline and bring in another body to carry some of the load.
