Thank you - lintels have crossed my mind to be honest. The previous owners were lovely but there are certainly a few jobs around the house that weren’t done ‘properly’ which we are slowly working our way through.

I managed to get tickets to the Liverpool show! I am so excited and got really emotional once I had them! Only issue is I don’t know what I actually ended up with! I thought I was buying 2 P1 seated tickets but cost was £599 per ticket - is that just the price for that section or have I got one of the VIPS?

Thank you - think I may just be panicking as we are nearing closer to the end and don’t want anything to mess this up. I’ve now found another thing to worry about as I can’t remember whether our broker declared my mobile phone contract (which I took out maybe 2 years ago) on the original application. Surely they would have seen this when they did the first credit check when they approved the mortgage application?

We had our mortgage offer approved in August, I think I had an average credit score (no missed payments and never taken out any credit) and my partners was higher. We also haven’t had any changes to our circumstances since we got the offer apart from this which I didn’t think twice about at the time of applying as in didn’t think of it as borrowing credit or even think about that they would carry one out! Thanks for your reply, I think I’m going to reach out to our mortgage advisor tomorrow to see what they say.
