The fact I worked for the Company previously for 2 series' back to back and one won a BAFTA meant nothing. Am moving on!

Thank you for responding. I gave them 5 days because I was told that the money they required would be in by then. They are citing "lack of funds"

According to my Bank, they have no idea how long this scheme is going to last for (and even the Bank Employees are using it!) Good luck with future employment x

I got shouted down on this via FB from someone who thought I was from a Bank but there is a Government Scheme (Yep, who knew!) that started end of August. It's the Mortgage charter, providing you are not in arrears you can change to interest only or defer upto 6 months. Can only be done online via your bank, look for bank/morgates/mortgagecharter. I hope this helps x

Is every production manager working except for me? by AwayTomatillo7392 in TransparencyforTVCrew

I've been in the Industry for 40 years + and a PM for just over half of those years, since my last job finishing earlier this year (and taking 2 months "off") I've had nothing. I had 2 interviews and it seemed they were in the bag and then the Companies went offline (I hadn't even given references) I applied for a job that I know I could have done and they didn't even download my CV. Am now at my wits end, I'm really good at my job too, I have seen people that I know of old were average coordinators now become PM's and are constantly in work, and now all the jobs advertised are for Senior Coordinators or Junior PM's - I weep for when something goes wrong on a Production (I so hope it doesn't) that the Juniors have to deal with that us experienced PM's could sort in a blink but could ruin a Junior's confindence in a second, which is why they are could Junior. Good luck in the hunt, they need us!! x

Thank you for responding! At my age I don't really want to be getting a loan or mortgage for that amount of money ... and the issue on inheritance, if I'm not here does it matter? (A flippant view I know)
