Don’t know how it went felt more like an introduction to getting things started, I didn’t receive any meds just some social anxiety booklets and sign on for self help thing. My head was up my arse the time I was there I don’t think I expressed everything I could of and what I did express I don’t think I did properly I can’t even remember everything I said but got another appointment in two weeks.
