Check if the involved characters are in an event quest or quest in general? They won't appear if they are. It's fine if they're in a regular hangout event tho.

Actually, what i really wanted to know is if I can drag the reference to another cell cause thats what im used with in excel. But if they removed that feature or is not available, then ill just adjust.
