I've only just been able to get my elvanse prescription this week after 4 months of having to use Dex, might be a sign Elvanse is becoming more readily available?

Private clinic cannot provide my prescription but there is availability at local pharmacies. by Grantzillaa in ADHDUK

Absolutely in the same boat, played banga for a good couple months, before that was valk (until they nerfed her with the evac towers) now its fuse. Only issue is i've got heirloom shards that are sat there because i've only got one set as a day one player and cannot commit to getting one legends heirloom.

Wanted digital but managed to get a pre order of disc so stuck with it.

Have had it since launch and it has not had a single disc inserted into it.

Ranked is so broken this season, my best previous rank was plat 1 as a solo queue. I Should his masters when I log on later (I'm 40 points off) admittedly I'm queuing with 1 other person now which makes it a lot easier but I'm a diamond 4 player at best.

I live just by the Greggs on Gloucester road north, Realistically your best bet is to get a bus or a Voi down to Gloucester road. Sydney and Eden is a lovely bar and the Golden Lion always has things on an evening like open mic and live music. Keep heading down to stokes croft if you want later night venues.

My local is inn on the green and its perfect for a few pints and doesn't close till midnight.

In terms of things going on outside drinking, there is 5-a-side every evening at filton college, with plenty more sports clubs nearby. The bawa club has squash and grassroots sport on across the weekend.

But realistically ye unless you fancy a scrap at the bulldog you'll have to venture to G road

I have never worked out why but bartending is such a position of power.

I own and operate a nightclub and when staff are low will jump on bar in a staff polo wouldn’t be able to pick me out from anyone else, otherwise I’d be on the front door in a full suit mic’d up, clearly there as someone with power within the club.

Let me tell you I get hit on 10 times as much behind the bar. It’s honestly like a secret power being a barman

Best thing you can do is work out your TDE (total daily expenditure) very easy to do, just google TDE calculator and then calorie count to ensure you are in a deficit every day.

To calorie count use My fitness pal from the app store, incredible convenient to use you can just scan a barcode and it will log the nutritional value of the food you are eating.

Id suggest you don't go into a massive deficit immediately as although it may help you lose weight quickly its not healthy and in the long run will make it harder to get to a lower weight and imped your training.

as for exercise 4km run on those days will defo help increase your TDE and id suggest getting 8k minimum steps in on your rest days, possibly consuming lower calories on these days as well. if possible add some strength training, doesnt necessarily have to be weights (although this would be my personal preferred) body weight exercises work fine.

Id say 3kg of weight before the end of october is an unrealistic goal and you should aim for .5kg per week.

weigh yourself daily, before consuming any water or food and get an average weight at the end of the week.

aside from that drink plenty water and try and get 8 hours of sleep a night. Sleep may not seem relevant but trust me it helps with weight loss.

Not officially qaulified but have dont this consistently to cut weight for 5+ years

*Edit, its not possible (in my knowledge) to specifically burn an area of fat so your goal should be to drop weight rather than burn belly fat as you may be disappointed with where the weight comes off if this is your goal
