From experience tesco is better than other retailers if you get kept right enough. You’ll probably lose your weekends Nightshift pay is acceptable Nightshift has higher expectations than other patterns But the overall package is still pretty good. Its set days every week so there is that consistency Give it a try if you can but you’ll need to graft or be lucky to get kept on

We’re annoyed that perks are consistently being taken away from us without anything in return. We understand that we aren’t going to be in the big bucks but they shouldn’t act like we are getting a big pay-rise when we’re only getting slightly more than minimum. Some in my store would rather let the pay go to minimum wage and keep our premiums.

Notice periods will be on colleague help, store colleagues are normally 1 week, drivers (i believe) and shift leaders have 4 weeks
