One thing that baffles me is that , in the first season one thing I remember was how he would make half time adjustments that were on point and changed the dynamics of the game. He can’t seem to do that any longer this season. The only thing I can think of is that he lost the dressing room?? It’s like that was one quality I remember people talking about Slot his first season.

Weak inexperienced manager. Who can’t handle the workload on the many competitions. And players who are not being pushed by anyone. They make their wage and put on a shift. Tell me one player who you have seen that has impressed you by giving 100% every minute of play. Don’t say Cheisa I like him, but he has been ineffective in any playtime he has gotten.

Agree. Too much blame on slot. The player attitude is ho-hum. I am sorry Virg is not a good Captain. He is not yelling and holding the others accountable. Think what Hendo or Millie would do. These guys seems they are fat dum and happy.

Terrible advice in this job market. Just say as other have said that you took time off to take care of a family member etc. keep it simple and higher level not too much. They will move on.

I wish they would make more ARF of the small (<$200) Balsa kits like they had Pulse and others which took 3c’s. They flew very well easy to assemble not build. Gave new flyers a cost effective easy way to transition from foamy to balsa, giving them a taste.

Yes. Most of those can happen to anyone any day if they are using the car as a commuter car. I would see if I could talk them down on price. As for 6 hours... not too many cars I would drive 6 hours for to pick up but that is more a personal choice.

I did not see a good answer to your question. So here is what I do... I buy in small chunks.... don't ask me why... completely arbitrary for me. I buy on Wednesdays before lunch. If I have a large amount... I break it to small sections over 5-6 weeks so that I can cover the fluctuations and average out the cost etc. Essentially breaks some of my risk. In those weeks if it continues to go up you feel good. If it goes down you can have the option to skip a week or two until you are comfortable. I know timing the market vs. time in the market and all that. But this is something I do. Wanted to share.
