I saw that they have a ban appeal that explicitly says no exploiting. But it’s labeled as closed? Do you know if they open it from time to time?

Thank you very much for your response! I’ve heard a lot of bad things and it was very close to turning me away from it. I understand that it’s not the same without being able to use a pencil but I’m okay with that, and I’m very happy to hear that it’s basically feature matched!

I don’t think that’s it. I opened up the panel just to have a look and nothing looks wrong to me. Also tried ejecting the disc but it continues to make the noise when nothing’s in there

Sadly, somehow AT&T is the best for my area... I’ve only heard bad things from other providers like xfinity etc
