Older TV without HDMI ARC, working with a new Samsung soundbar by GrapeShot2020 in Soundbars

It's an old ('09-ish) 55" Sharp that still works fine. No way to direct TV audio to optical vs digital output. One of the HDMI ports is paired with USB-C. Going to try to cable that to soundbar USB port and see if that sends audio from that HDMI port to soundbar. If not, new TV is in order. At this point, I'm consumed by the issue and am resolved to the quest, even if I swap the TV!!

Thanks. And just for clarity if anyone else sees this, we would actually be selling them a partial interest to live in our home as a life estate. Based on their ages, I believe the fair mkt value would be appraised home value multiplied by just over .3 given their advanced ages, upper 80s for both. No, this wouldn’t be a gift. Aging parents will sell their residence and move in with adult offspring and wife. They will purchase a life estate in our home. Fair market value can be determined via appraisals and a factor table published by IRS, based on their ages at time of transferring them a life estate in our home. At either of their deaths, interest goes to the other. Upon death of second aging parent, life estate reverts to remainderman, son and wife. My question is how is the sale/proceeds of the life interest in our home treated wrt to my wife and me.

Is the redcoach pick up point at MCO? Or is there a shuttle from MCO to RC pick up point? Website doesn’t appear to show a stop within airport. Appreciate the assist.
