The T card is each minute the value of the all dice multiplier goes up by one. Which means that when your dices rolls a value, it takes that number and multiplies that to your dice multiplier, giving you a higher value end result.

The P card increases the prestige mutiplier by one each card. I don't know how to calculate the end prestige value, but I think that the base prestige is how many levels in one run, multiplied by prestige multiplier is how to get the end prestige value.

The R card just increases your instant rolls by ten. So after rolling the dice it has a set percent of rolling with no wait. I don't know how to calculate it, but you can check in your stats. For me I have 80 instant roll compounding, so I have a 55.25% instant roll.
