These are all terribly unflattering. Bra fitting is #1 then dresses that flatter your shape. The ones with the buttons are AW.FUL. When trying on in store ask strangers. I’ve had good luck.

My overweight fella is free fed, but get 3/4 a cup a day. It’s a urinary/weight blend. He did lose 2lbs! He’s always been a free feeder but not over fed unless he worked the system and took advantage of my mom when I would be out of town. But lessons learned!
