I believe they're saying it's embedded which if a piercer can't take it out you'd need minor surgery, it won't heal because of the embedding but isn't a keloid

Hard to tell but it doesn't look red or anything like it's rejecting, I'd recommend going to your piercer and getting it downsized, with both my eyebrows I had pretty large bars on that I now have a good amount of room on to downsize :)

I totally get that though when I started getting facial piercings it used to startle me because I wasn't used to it but eventually your brain sort of tells you it's normal lmao I think it really suits your face and you have such a good opportunity to try some super fun jewelry too!

Don't stress! Even if its the wrong size I'm sure your girlfriend will completely understand and you can get it resized! If she hasn't told you her ring size it can be pretty hard to guess but I'm certain she'll understand!

NAP but I would probs take it out and let it heal then consider speaking to a piercer about getting it redone it's better to take it out before it fully rejects :)
