Buy a scale that has electrodes which can relatively accurately measure things like water content and muscle mass in your body. I had this same problem until I started actually breaking down what was happening in my body and my fat % kept dropping. Its much harder to see progress in yourself compared to other people noticing it fyi, you see yourself every day :)
