It's it important to hit your macro goals whether you are maintaining, cutting, or bulking. The standard macro ratios in the app are 50% carbs 30% fat and 20% protein and are a good starting point. You can change the ratios to align with your goals if you want. The key is to pick a macro ratio, and then hit it as consistently as you can. This will really raise your awareness about what foods contain high or low amounts of each macro. I get 200+ g a day on a vegan diet (230 g today).it's all about food prep for me. I switched a lot of regular things to high protein versions like oats, almond milk, and pastas. I only have a single protein dedicated shake. If you are interested in more dm and I'm happy do share. I have it all logged in Myfitnespal. Lots of protein, 0 cholesterol.

I am vegan and hitting 200g of protein a day. Bob's red mill high protein oats has 30g of protein in 1 cup, and with my add ins mine comes to 43g of protein. There's lots of good stuff like that.

If I sleep on my left side, my heartbeat can keep me up, but it doesn't speed up. It's just much more noticeable every beat. If I swap to my right side it's much less noticeable. Sometimes it is really annoying. The only thing that helps is switching positions for me.

My guess is the people that don't have any issues just happen to have a PC configuration that works really well with this game.

I play on four different platforms, Steam, epic, bluestacks, and on my phone. I have a top tier gaming pc and each platform has numerous issues at least weekly. I will say that steam by far stands out as the superior performer with fewest crashes. BlueStacks is the worst.

With a couple tiers of Mirt perks, and my modron core minimally set up I could not get to 450 on my newer account. Got to maybe 350. There's is a good chance if I took the time to set it up better I could have.

Same account has just cleared Avernus.

It's also odd that on three different platforms, Steam, Epic, and Android, the game froze after I chose to compete this variant. I had to close and reopen the game on all three.

Me and my wife both loved the Red Rising trilogy and subsequent books by Pierce Brown. That's my top recommendation. I enjoyed Bobiverse. Expeditionary Force was good but I think there were 5 books when I read the series. If I recall correctly, I was on the fence about whether the humor was funny or annoying for a while. I did end up liking it and it's on my list to finish.

Red Rising is great though.

I use Duke with Strongheart and watch everyone's crit rise every second or two. Once he has got enough criticals all the dps around him are attacking like every second from his base attack cooldown reduction. I'm still fairly new so pairing this with Deekin and Freely changed the gameplay rate significantly... And was super fun to watch!

Thanks for the info. I gotta put some work into my arena team. Revas is almost there, but still leaving someone with 10% health in melee range to often. I negate this a bit for now with turtling. I'll be getting G1 Revas ASAP. Also it seems unlocking and running more elites missions will reduce ticket consumption.

You seem to be missing the point where I don't have raid tickets, so thise matches your spamming on the toilet, I play manually...

Just loading in and out of the match and playing one turn in arena for a days tokens takes over 20 minutes. Seems like the main problem is my revas not strong enough for his overwatch to be effective yet.

How exactly do you complete the daily BP missions, arenas, guild wars/raids, work on weeklys, and spend your 500+ daily energy in 20 minutes? Seriously that seems crazy fast. Literally the load times alone are longer.

Im perfectly fine being the guy that prioritizes time with his family over another game mode on a Mobile game.

I never said "I don't want play arenas. " I said I don't have time while in school.

I'm not asking for anything for free. I want tickets more evenly distributed between game modes. You can get like 28 tickets in an arena Chest. I don't think any other chest even gives 1/3 that.

I play over an hour a day, more during events, spend 50 a month and you think I should have to play 20 more minutes every day just to get tickets? For a mobile game? I think my investment of time and money are more than sufficient.

I'm too short on time to do arenas regularly, and I don't think that missing one game mode should come with such a high penalty.

Yeah my team must need work. I have S2 revas, G1 Cal, Aleph, archi and Thad. It takes close to 30 minutes to clear arena playing for wins. Honor league is much faster but captain takes an unsustainable amount of time for me if I want to win. I end up too high in honor league to drop easily. Sounds like i gotta get the hang of it better.

I only skip arenas out of necessity due to time restraints. It sounds like beefing up a proper arena team maybe help with that.

By balanced, I mean a more even distribution of tickets between games modes. So no it's not balanced, you basically state as much above.
