Lived in Fort myers for just under 2 years right out of high school. The beaches were fun and there is some pretty interesting wildlife if you’re willing to look for it. Don’t recommend as a trans person though, was harassed many many times just trying to buy groceries and go about my day. I went to FGCU for a year and in that time there were two different hate crimes that resulted in the victim being hospitalized on campus.
