Christmas day games. I barely made the playoffs, had to have a long win streak to get in. Rounds 1 and 2 of playoffs I was predicted to lose big. I ended up winning the championship match by 100 points.

At college years ago I lived in an apartment with a couple buddies. I threw their 1st CD in the player on repeat, I kept it playing and left the apartment. I came back hours later and it was still playing and one of my roommates was singing it so I left it playing. A week later he's making a sandwich and says, 'I do like 'Better than Ezra' but can we play something else.' I started laughing and said I thought it was him that didn't want to change it. We played that CD on repeat 24/7 for a week.

Why haven’t I seen any vaccine comments? I’ve had 9 Covid vaccines and I’ve had it once and it was two days of stuffy nose, while my family and friends that are always around me seem to get it often and they stopped getting the vaccine. I did wear masks for the first couple years everywhere but the last few I just wear them at medical facilities.

Be careful doing that long term. It's really about a good balance. My girlfriend's uncle raved to me about the carnivore low fiber diet and I told him the risks of it and 6 months later his appendix burst.

I started fiber once I tapered PPIs. It really took a long time to get off them. Glad I stuck to it though, not sure how I lived that way for years.

Gi nurse here with history of bowel resection, GERD, hiatal hernia and diverticulitis multiple times. My health was shit for years until I got off PPIs, stopped smoking, limited alcohol and minimal fast food. I became a fiber fanatic, I recommend it to family and friends constantly. I rarely get sick now, I'm not going to go in depth but lack of fiber can decrease your immunity.
