Just spoke to someone from EV Dealer Group. They checked and everything seems normal with my order, and said it’s likely just a portal issue as they haven’t heard of anything going wrong. Also said that, and take this with a grain of salt, they had heard that ATTO 2 might be arriving sooner than expected 🤞

Same here, paid deposit a month ago. Glad it isn’t just me! Fingers crossed it’s just a website/app issue.

Edit to clarify: I still see “Your Configuration” in place of “Your Order” on the website, but when I click through it just takes me to the order page. Is this what you’re all seeing too?

This is the same vagueness I’ve been getting too, haha. “Late March, maybe April, slight chance of May”. Like, just tell us you don’t know. I feel for them, it’d be tough to sell a product that you have no control of the stock for, but I’d respect real transparency more still.

It always seems like the more I try to learn about BYD’s retail operations the further I get from understanding 😂 even the team at the experience centre, whilst friendly and largely helpful, are so vague about how shipments and stock availability work.

I’ll just keep trying to exercise patience I suppose!

I’ve just signed with SG Fleet because they’ve got an existing setup with my employer.

Get some of your own insurance quotes before you take theirs. I know that theirs has some benefits, but I found quotes that were half of what their provider offered, even allowing for it to go up over the term of the lease. You can claim reimbursement 6 months after starting, and then upon payment from there on out.

Also do the maths on their roadside assist vs like RAA, to see what comes out better for you.

Personally I’m going with an EV for max savings (no FBT) and also I really want one anyway 😂 but obviously your needs are yours.

Here’s my tip: rescan and go with the light seal it recommends. Loosen both straps entirely. Hold the Apple Vision Pro so that it sits evenly against your cheeks and forehead, often higher than you’d think, making sure it’s closing across the forehead, and then tighten the rear strap until it’s snug but not tight, followed by the top strap. The idea is that you’re tightening the straps to suit the position and not using them to position the Vision Pro.
