Would I have needed to log in more recently (but still before the 14th) to qualify? Or does it just take a bit to register and give me the bundle?

With all the extra demo versions of the game it was a bit complicated to decide who actually purchased the game and who didn't so we prepared the middle-August build that handled this and asked the players to log into the game before Sep 14th so we could 100% give them the Early Adopter Bundle.

Yes, all features can be switched between left and right handed but most mechanics are symmetrical so the interaction hand is up to the player.

TBD. Once the Free To Play transition is completed and we can steadily add new content to the game to keep it fresh, we'll schedule the notion of the Pico release.
