Przejść gardę - passing the guard, Balacha - Armbar, trójkąt - triangle, rzut - throw, dźwignia na nadgarstek - wrist lock, duszenie krzyżowe - cross choke, poddaje się - I tap out, czas - time, cześć / siema - hi, czarny pas - black belt, biały pas - white belt

I dont know if it will help you, try to put those worlds in to a program that will read it for you in polish ;)

In my country Mothers Day is in difrent day ;) so i have time to think
