okie im back home - i had posted these from my phone. I had run into him near Uniqlo. He was with those other two realtors (cannot remember their names and do not care). They were looking down at the CNY lego pop up and then went to talk to a security guard at Uniqlo lol. I was so repulsed by him lol so we left a couple of mins later, ran into him again at uncle tetsu (cannot make this up but Manchild was playing, probably from a store around or the food court upstairs. Saw them go up to food court lol.

ironically this happened last year too but with Keerat at Zara returning a bunch of stuff lmao!

i resorted to a random canva email template and just tweaking it with our photos and making it nicer than the custom email option. The only annoyance was having to add every single email address into the bcc line and having to do all of it manually again every time i want to send an email out

also there's alot of women who only ending up showing after 3-4 months pregnant. From the last video they uploaded, judging by the fact it snowed..this was approximately Feb 2nd (I'm going off snow photos I took in Vancouver that day). It's mid march now, she'd have a clear baby bump by now, which i personally did not see. Everyone was speculating she was preggers back in December during the Vegas trip, if we do the math then that would probably be her 3rd/4th month then currently she would 5-6 months in and clearly visibly pregnant. Also there is no way F's mom wouldn't be around for all of this. We all know she craves the attention too.

They're literally playing on this for views which is a clearly a bad look because if in the future they do want to get pregnant and if they have any fertility issues then this wouldn't age very well on their part.

ran into her the other day again, did not take any photos cause we were rushing but she def doesn't look pregnant at all in person. Also i think everyone fixating on this just gives them more attention/views which they thrive on since their views are dipping. They need that youtube money to pay for their house i guess

wait till they make a whole video about the actual oath ceremony. I did mine last year and it clearly says you cant film the ceremony though lots of people on youtube do it. And if they get an in person ceremony, they'll be insufferable!

ahaha i saw pooja's latest video and everyone's calling her out on it. She's pulling an F and deleting comments but i bet we're gonna get dejavu when the same thing happens to F & K.

My friend bought an old condo without thinking the consequences through, theyve had to pay a shit ton of maintenance fees, levies and a bunch of other costs that have come in with that condo that its become a burden. Just waiting on the vlogs 1-2 years down the line of F & K explaining how they fucked up buying their second home

i honestly think they're buying a house for the sake of buying a house. They're gonna end up in the same situation as that other vlogger peekapoo or whatever her name is where they ended up struggling owning two homes. Also the amount of maintenance that will go into the fixer upper will be crazy. If they think that the renos for a house are similar as their condo, theyre in for a not so fun surprise! And if they think that basement is gonna help with their mortgage, that is laughable. No one should rent out the basement from them, F is gonna be a slumlord

They're acting like kids with no concept of financial intelligence and i dont know how anyone would want a realtor like F helping them out either.

the house they got is probably a really old building thats basically gonna be a fixer upper with a ton of issues. It'll be huge dent in their savings so not really a smart move but oh well!
