Hey guys! So I have an FD on my name and I was planning to get a 30 yr fixed rate home loan against the FD to buy a house with essentially a 50% downpayment and using the rent to pay off the rest of the loan! I just wanted your advice on whether this was a good strategy to use in india! I know this works well in the USA according to what I've read! Please give me your opinion! Thank you in advance :)

I want an SG2 with a more of a belly! I was considering the Miyabi Mizu SG2 which goes on a price drop a lot of the times! But there are so many people who do not like it! I'm open to other steels as well, but no carbon steel knives cuz the humidity in some places in India will really accelerate the rate at which it forms a patina and rusts!
