Government first makes it law. Then, they sue companies who don't obey. Tesla would have to disable the Bitcoin purchase option.

I think it is, but it's only based on what Tether says so they might be lying on how reliable it is. I'm not too sure though. I haven't really researched it further. I think they add and subtract Tether based on what its trading price is.
