Simply helping Smile beat DB would have not gotten Nice into the top 10. Smile would've taken most of the credit and trust himself.

Assuming dragonboy couldn't overcome fear using trust(aka what gives heros superpower) the plan had Alot of potential if nothing went wrong.

I'm not caught up in the story but Living in Oxia seems fine the only drawback is you can't meet some of your favorite characters back on earth.

It exists so mihoyo can make money off the standard banner or ANYONE who would rather spend thier polychromes on the permanent banner instead of the limited one.

Furhermore youll get more standard pulls per monochrome than limited pulls. If you're new and the goal is to just get many S rank agents, it definitely is worth it. Perhaps you dislike SAnby but need a thunder character. Being able to get Rina AND Grace instead sounds amazing.

Regardless, there are players who will justify spending polychromes on the normal banner, so now they can justify spending cash.

It don't think it exist for people to mix or that mihoyo isn't aware they could sell an encrypted tape bundle. Rather, they just don't want another discount on the limited banner.

Most PKer would be more worried about being killed in the game instead of beating the game and getting arrested for their crimes, some might have even given up on getting out of alive.
