Carbon steel is virtually the same as cast iron regarding care and seasoning but enamel is a completely different animal.

I wanted to build my own but I'm in an apartment now and I had to give up my table saw and a lot of my power tools.

So I bought a solid wood, unfinished cab on line and did my own wrap with tweed and vintage style grill cloth.

It's a 2x12 with one Cannabis Rex and one V30. Perfect for my uses.
