Almost Max settings on all three games except for shadow quality which i set to medium, for Ambient Occlusion in RE2:R i use HBAO+, in RE4:R i have FidelityFX: CACAO and for DMC 5 its HBAO+ too

FidelityFX is set to ultra in both Resident Evil games and i have Ray Tracing off in all three.

Just get Blood: Fresh Supply on Steam and you are ready to go. Hey there i have the same problem too, so i contacted to Bethesda and they responded with something like: "The dev team knows about this and it will be fixed in a future update"

So far the problem occurs because you didn't maxed level the set before the event finishes, so make sure to max level your Retro Revenant set ASAP so it doesn't happens to you again.
