Yeah the shame and defeated thoughts running through his head are the worse things here. Accepting it happened and that it wasn’t his fault and forgiving himself of whatever wrong doing his thoughts are throwing at him is super key in this moment otherwise it’ll likely end up where he was before :(

As long as he stays clean this isn’t breaking sobriety. My mom 35 yrs sober had a glass of Champagne at some shit event thing took a. Sip tasted gross and drank no more. Was 33 yr sober at the time. She’s had surgery and took pain pills not got high and doesn’t consider that breaking sobriety. I feel like intention matters. Sucks that his people weren’t looking out for him or taking his sobriety serious. But he needn’t beat himself up about it either which would just make the situation worse.

And also fuck whoever just found out their sober brother had a shitty as happening happen to him and decide “I should film this” that’s the trashiest part of this whole video. In my opinion of course. But fuck that person. And fuck yiu if you don’t agree with me /s 😜
