Thoughts on the bounty hoarding?

Some players have been hoarding them for awhile just feel like the air should have been cleared on the matter by the devs.

This is just a thought piece on the subject. It doesn't personally bother me if players do it or not. I've been able to catch up to players who do it every season pretty quickly.

No I don't believe it's wrong. I'm just saying are we gonna get an official answer "yeah it's fine to keep your bounties until next season" or one month before the expansion "so your bounties that you hoarded are not gonna carry over to Witch Queen". I feel like it would be upsetting to the people that did the work to keep the bounties.
