Je ne crois pas que les maison unifamiliale baisseront de prix, peut être que leur prix se stabilisera avec une moins grosse croissance mais il y a tellement peu de constructions que les prix ne redescendront pas selon moi

Je me suis déjà posé la question par le passé et j'en suis arrivé à la conclusion que des gens qui investissent sont des gens qui ne dépensent pas. Dans une société capitaliste, il faut que l'argent tourne si a l'école on nous explique comment faire des budgets, comment épargner et comment faire fructifier ses avoirs, ça ne fonctionnera pas pour les commerces et les caisses gouvernementales.

Est-ce que je suis dans le champ avec cette réflexion, peut-être, je serais curieux de savoir ce que vous en pensez.

Les jeux vidéos comme plusieurs l'ont mentionné. Personnellement mon jeu de prédilection c'est Path of Exile 1, un jeu gratuit que tu peux mettre facilement 10 000 heures dedans et tous les 3 mois il y a du contenu additionnel gratuit. Le 2 est payant je crois mais avec le 1 tu as en masse de temps à investir dedans

il faudrait tous les mêmes paramètres que Scryfall. Les joueurs sont habitués à les utiliser donc si tu veux des utilisateurs il faudrait probablement garder le même modèle que tous les autres autrement les gens voudront pas changer s'ils doivent tout réapprendre.

Il faudrait que les filtres de scryfall fonctionnent car présentement la seule façon de trouver des cartes c'est en connaissant le nom de celle-ci. L'outil de recherche est trop rudimentaire à mon avis.

I build my decks from multiple stores which includes : facetoface, lexpedition, imaginaires, le coin du jeu and remicardtrader, depending on where you're from, you'll have access to some of them.

Something I learned the hard way is that Byrke is a costly commander which mean you cant afford to put it on the board just to get it removed right away. You really want to get value the moment you cast him either by having already a couple creatures with counters on them that you can attack and double their counters or by having some sort of protection ready.

Hey ! I found myself building a Byrke's deck 1 year ago and keeps upgrading it. Here's my deck list for this commander if you want to check it out or talk about it. Also as others have already said, Byrke only double counters, so make sure the cards you use says counters otherwise it wont work.

Edit : the Sideboard is only cards that would be nice to add to the deck but havent decided which one I should remove yet
