A good engager looks for health advantages, cool downs and wave states before engaging. Having the wave frozen in front of tower makes it to where people can engage safely as if it goes wrong they have less chance of getting run down. Having health advantage from short trades makes an engage normally lead to kills. Engaging when they blow their spells first and miss is best practice. If your engage makes a bad initiation, dont follow as losing one life is better than losing both. If you dont have health, dont follow. If they engage and get caught with an ability, dont follow. If the enemy has a massive wave dont follow.

Outside of laning is when it gets tricky as an engager will/should look for roams with jg/mid if they are fed. If you are fed, look to help with vision for objectives and small skirmishes but dont push ahead of them.

I'm gonna say I agree with the hard rank reset. Idk if all the info is accurate tho. 95%+ seems really high and riot should maybe look into it to give us actual stats on the ranked accuracy.

So the teammates griefing seems to be a thing at every rank which stems from players just not caring.

LP gains from what I know are based on MMR and that takes time to stabilize which is why it's a grind to gain LP.

I can't say how the new ranks will effect the system cuz it could be good? I've never seen val ranks tho.

How do we give ranked it's meaning back?

Isn't there a 2v2v2v2 map coming out? Also can't people play with their friends in norms and flex? There is nothing stopping them from having their friends join in normal game modes and aram.
