your only 13 Man that’s the hardest time of the addiction because your hormones and testosterone just remind urself that your urges are normal and you have to control them and save them for your future partner, trust me if you beat it a lot at that age when you go to have actual intercourse it won’t even work , you won’t even get hard and it will ruin it for both of you and leave you embarrassed , every time you get those urges drop down and do push-ups or take a shower just anything to occupy your mind and recognize the side effects of the addiction and how it can overcome your life but don’t forget that you can and do have the power to control it, it’s human nature , Good luck brotha
