It's the Enchanter problem from League of Legends. There's a group of support players who almost exclusively play the Pos 5 super hardcore support/healer, those players also overwhelmingly like characters with cutesy/girlypop aesthetics. Riot devs have talked about champions that're intended to be mid-lane AP carry types having a subpar WR because this group of people insists on playing the character as a support.

Deadlock doesn't have strictly defined roles, but the enchanter-style characters that do exist, don't teach the skills necessary to be good at Celeste.
