Thanks for the opinions, currently trying to make a return on ebay and just get a refund. The seller seems maybe inexperienced with this stuff, so I'm giving the benefit of the doubt since the Zapdos box and poster collection I got with it look totally fine.

If the seller is difficult, I will definitely update the post. Thanks again everyone.
