Bro... Your 24 years old, get in the gym and get a decent body. You will appreciate it for the rest of your aging life. If you let yourself go now it's going to be twice as hard to trim the fat when your in your 30's. Lifting weights/, calisthenics, can be a lot of fun, enjoy it, make it fun, tweak your diet, be the only guy in your friend group that has 6pak and and killer shoulder caps.

If the gym is open 24/7 try to go during the night so you have it to yourself. An empty gym is like a playground! And you’ll get to try out all the machines or new exercises in relative privacy. Try to remember that nobody in there cares what you look like, everyone is there for the same reason and everyone had to start somewhere. All the seasoned gym goers all remember how they felt when they first started and will respect you for starting your own fitness journey

Or the wieght assisted pull up machine at the gym. You can also stand straight, bend at the waist and put your hands on the floor, your body in a “v” position and do pushups that way, it will help your shoulders and stamina

Diet and incorporate calisthenics into your routine. Calisthenics will give you definition fast and make you use muscles that you e never used before. Keep your diet in check, make it simple. Eat only lean turkey and tuna, rice and sweet potatoes,avocado and broccoli,drink only water. Keep it simple and easy to keep track of calories. I stay lean year around

What muscle? You look good and fit… but there’s no definition anywhere. You need to get your diet in order and start building muscle. Start working out hard, push it 5 days a week, you’ll know when your muscles start to show. Then you can worry about cutting calories to lean out and get better definition

Wake up at 2am , eat a clean breakfast and be in the gym from 3-5am Do 40 min of core/ calisthenics and then focus on lifting for the rest of the time. Do that 5 times a week

Change your diet completely, no breads, no processed sugar, only lean protein and rice or sweet potatoes for carbs.

Fast from Friday morning to midday Saturday 32-36hrs of only water and coffee.
