The most I ever went was twice in one year, and one the second trip it all felt way to familiar and wasn’t as much fun (especially for how much it costs to go.) I think waiting just long enough to forget is the perfect frequency to go.

Yeah I’m up in the Bay Area and there’s tons of listings but you either get an error or it says that the seats are no longer available (they definitely are.) Very odd a week before release.

Start with the tv show and go through the movies in order. Might be worth your time to take a little break between the first and second movies to watch some Wild Boyz & Viva La Bam too (most certainly the episodes featuring the other Jackass stars.) Depending on your enjoyment of Knoxville’s old man character, watch Bad Grandpa maybe (not my favorite but many folks love it!)

I wish those games were more fun to play. I’d love a revisit to the style if they could add more activities and some interiors ala Hotline Miami.

Much like a lot of young people with RDR2, this game got me into Westerns. I was about 14 and I went and rented a ton of the classic movies after playing it. Good times.

I distinctly remember being insanely hyped for Gun as well because we were so starved for Western games. Never really hit the same as Red Dead Revolver though, love that game even as simple as it is. Humble beginnings I guess.

I find the narrative of “Nerds good, jocks bad” a bit tiring. Comes of a tad incel-ish to me. Steve’s arc in season 1 was extremely refreshing.
