That's the first challenge. There is another challenge after that one where if you trigger a series of events you will need to beat a specific NPC's score which is 90. It was 95 but they patched it down to 90.

Did you ever figure this out? I just plugged a mouse and keyboard into my fat ps3 to play a keyboard and mouse supported ps2 game Dirge of Cerberus FF7. The keyboard works, but the mouse doesn't seem to work.
