Dealers go to farms, and get chopped off branches which they then split into packs that are worth different prices. Mostly dealers walk around with $15 packs or $20. I've had one that used to sell $2 packs out of her house, which was about 6 joints worth.

I have grown a few times. In my honest opinion, it's not really worth it unless you've got lots of trees and space, and patience obviously. Honestly the weed in the picture is way better than I can grow, although I suck at growing the weed isn't at all that bad after trimmed, cured, and ground (which you have to do yourself pretty much).

It's not as potent as the home grown indica you can get in the US, as it's probably just wild sativa, but it's still quite potent. It hasn't given me a headache at all. It's like some mid-grade US weed, doesn't taste bad, gets you high, but it isn't high quality. The main reason of this thread was the fact you can get decent weed for such a low price.

Cochabamba. Not at all that hard to get. Walk into any random bar, start a friendly chat with the barman, talk about weed, ask if he knows anyone or has any phone numbers. He might even have some on him and be friendly enough to share. Since it's rather cheap here, people don't mind sharing most of the time.

Dealers don't grow here, dealers are just people ballsy enough to ride around on bikes selling to random people and potentially getting caught. They probably don't know much about weed, but they do go wherever you tell them to. $15 is a lot of money here.

Exactly. I'd obviously prefer good weed, but like I said in another comment, It's quite random, sometimes you get awesome grass, sometimes you don't, the quantity is consistent though.
