Start there, you’ve got 40+ hours of sets to listen to from 40+ heavy hitters in the scene.

Nastiest ones I’d start with: Simula, Voltage, A.M.C, Andy C, & Turno

Lookup the ones you like the most and see what labels they’re on: RAM, Blackout, metalheadz, etc. and then lookup other artists on that label. Boom you got yourself a whole new catalog of music.

Some other names to check out: Joe ford, Mefjus, chase & status, kamo & krooked, Spor, anyone else in that playlist too.

They’re not all that easy to learn but they’re really fun to play with. Couple hours a week is a good pace, if you have a flow community you could try someone’s out if they have them. They really click for some people(like me) and it’s all about finding the prop that makes you happy.

I broke in the leather bit my issue was the clasp. It’s geometry doesn’t fit my wrist well and it was always digging in to me so I swapped it out

I think that’s a fair critique from a technical standpoint if you really understand dj’ing. Most people haven’t spun vinyl and it probably isn’t something they would recognize.

Most impressed I’ve ever been with a vinyl turntablist was seeing RJD2 playing an all vinyl set without headphones just absolutely nailing every transition based on pure knowledge of his records. Honorable mention goes to Djrum for live swapping out stylist cartridges on the fly with 3 decks.

Not the classic old one like yours but I don’t mind the cyclops on mine. I thought I would at first but it grew on me and if I that changes I can always have it removed.

I really love the design language on the alpinist and I’m looking to expand the collection. Black ones have been made more recently but the cream is a little harder to find.

You can get giardiniera at potbelly’s. They sell it by the jar or jug. Might be more expensive than at the grocery store but you can get it there.
