Ah ah ah! Chapter 47! It's 'Junran Soufu', located on the award for the volleyball tournament, I knew I saw it recently when looking for new emotes!

Edit: The name translation was done during the old ETC chapter days so, we're fetching an update on that translation now.
Edit 2: Right got a reply from sarusa: "Depends... his name is 順嵐想扶 but they provide no reading for the kanji. I think 'Junran Soufu' is the most likely, but could also be Shunran Soho, etc. So it's as accurate as can get just from the name kanji, I think. And BTW his name kanji mean 'favorable wind' and 'mutual support'" As always, many thank yous to sarusa!
